Just a quick before and after - restaurant edition!
Both of these were taken in restaurants and not only is there a weight difference in my face, but there is also a massive difference on whatever food was on the table! In the first picture, there was a massive pizza heaped with loads of meat and cheese, high-calorie pasta, curly fries and a large portion of cookie dough and ice cream just for me. And a slice of my sister’s pizza when she couldn’t finish it.
In the second (which was taken before becoming a vegetarian) there was a portion of mussels and a small side of healthy fries.
It’s still okay to indulge, but try not to over-indulge.

Keep it up Steph!!! You rock!
